Offer II
The medical system gave you a file. It did not give you a life.
Why I can do this
"The doctors had names for everything. Answers for nothing."
For three years, I barely left my bed. EDS. Hashimoto's. Dysautonomia. A stack of diagnoses that filled files and changed nothing. I have been bedridden for months at a time, more than once. Surgeries. Injuries that took me out without warning. Food intolerances layered on top of everything else, the kind that make a normal meal a calculation. Chronic pain that doesn't announce itself, it just settles in. Conventional medicine named everything and solved nothing.
What pulled me out was not a protocol. It was movement. Sacred circles. Theta healing. The slow discovery that my hands already knew things the doctors didn't. And a stubbornness the size of a cathedral. I did demanding studies through all of it. I still have a full, active life today.
I know what it costs to manage a body that doesn't behave. I also know it is possible to build something real inside that constraint — not despite it, but with it.
What this is
You have the diagnoses. You know the acronyms. You have a doctor, maybe several, maybe a long list that keeps growing. You know how to get to appointments. What you don't know is how to actually live — how to build something that holds when your body keeps changing the rules.
Medicine gave you a file. It didn't give you a direction. It didn't tell you how to explain to your employer why you disappeared for three weeks. It didn't help you stop apologizing for your body to people who love you. It didn't show you how to build a life around unpredictability without disappearing inside it.
This is not alternative medicine and it is not a replacement for your medical care. It is accompaniment. Someone who has been there, who has tools, and who walks alongside you while you figure out what your body needs and how to build a life that can actually hold it.
The tools
Each session draws from what the moment needs. Some are practical: structuring, planning, navigating. Some are somatic: working with a body that holds fear, exhaustion, and grief alongside the diagnosis. Nothing is applied as a fixed protocol. Everything is chosen based on where you are that day.
EDS, Hashimoto's, dysautonomia. Not as case studies, but as a life I have lived from the inside. I know the terrain because I walked it.
Chronic illness carries emotional weight — fear, grief, identity loss, beliefs formed in years of medical uncertainty. Theta healing addresses what lives in the unconscious beneath the condition.
Supporting the body's energy field directly. When the physical body is under sustained load, the energy field accumulates the weight of it. Pranic work helps clear and restore.
A body that has been sick for a long time learns to brace. Somatic work helps it remember what it feels like to be safe — not fixed, but held.
Tools I have used for pain regulation, nervous system reset, and maintaining internal ground when the body is unreliable. Practical, transferable, and yours to keep.
Structuring a life that holds: work, rest, relationships, and ambition, around a body that does not follow a fixed schedule. Practical, measurable, and adapted to your actual constraints.
